I had a mind-blowing experience at The Samilton. The staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to serve with a smile. The well-furnished and comfortable rooms were a delight to stay in. The delectable food at the Pepper Chino restaurant was a treat for the taste buds. The efficient management of the Cafe and Bar added to the overall enjoyable stay. A special shoutout to the GM, Mr. Hemant Acharya, for his exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-class hospitality.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to popular shopping areas and tourist spots. The staff were professional and courteous, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and well-stocked, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel had a strong smell of smoke throughout the entire duration of our stay, despite asking the staff to use room freshener multiple times. The rooms were also quite small, especially with an extra bed in the room.
